Something Wrong with Fiesta Store???

For some reason, i cant buy Remi's Rare Finds even though it shows i have sparkcash. I also bought the an item and see my sparkcash go down, but i dont have it in my Inventory. Does anyone know wats wrong?

I wish I can help more, but perhaps the transaction just takes a while to get through.

Try waiting a little more, and then by tommorow, if the items are still not in your inventory, contact costumer service and send a ticket. ><

Did you check your premium item inventory? There are, I think, 4 regular inventories and to the very right side are 2 special inventories, one of which has a gift icon. That is your premium item inventory and your sparkcash item should be in there. Right click to send it to your main inventory, then right click again to activate it. :)

Hmm, if you got your confirmation receipt, then try relogging. If it still doesn't show up soon, contact a CSR.

i bet the csr's are having a fun time :) this is the first time in a long while when its been 3+ days from billing issuse (SC store) ticket problem and havent been responed back yet, i know they have thousands of these due to all the bug in the store and in game now

i hope things get taken care of soon!!
