Reporting people!!!

im kinda bothered how easlly this is done for one reason im 23 and i enjoy playing this game but i got reported by a seven year old for not wanting to party and he then said im going to get banned for saying "leave me alone" kid after i got asked more then 8 times always replying with a no its far to easy and im very angry about this exspecially that a young kid could get made and ruin my fun playing this game i hope this is something that i dont get in trouble for this would be rediculas by far and i feel it is unjust i hope that something like this doesnt get my charactor banned i would definetlly quit this game and not play again but it angers me that this is allowed because some little kid doesnt get loved by his parents like for real his name is <Removed> he is 7 years old and because i didnt party with him he got upset and reported me [forget] that i want justice or maybe not getting in trouble would be nice being as how i didnt do squat but say no to a seven year old 8 times i say what he did is in game harassment and i want to see something done

the wise thing to do would have been to screenshot your conversation and to have sent a ticket. That way Outspark can deal with this person. They won't take action without evidence. I doubt the kid who reported you knew how to report or had any evidence other than a little story to rant on about

1. You cannot be banned for not wanting to pt with someone

2. You cannot be banned for saying "leave me alone"

3. You can be banned for being under the age requirement...which is 13

4. You can be banned for harassment

5. You can be banned for submitting a false report on someone

I suggest that you take a glance through the ToS that you signed when you made an account here. That way you will be aware of what you can and cannot do through the service, and when someone tries to pull the wool over your eyes again...you'll be able to respond.

Also, language is not allowed...and posting a players name in order to bring unwanted negative attention to them (like trying to report through the forums, posting ss's of someone, bringing accusations to their name) is considered blacklisting and isn't allowed by our forum rules. It may not make a whole lot of sense at first but this ensures that all reports are seen by Outspark and can be verified as an actual report. ^^
