What is wrong with Fiesta Store?

It seems that I just bought a Stat Reset Scroll and when I logged in like 2 hours ago, theres nothing in my backpack. I know where is the SC items located but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Besides I bought the PERM Sakura Costume etc. and I worned it. But I don't get it why is the Scroll not in my backpack. I've check the 'Purchase History' and here is the prove :

2009-03-18 18:44:23 Stat Reset Scroll (10 Pts) 3495

So what am I going to do? I've just waisted 3495 SC and I get nothing!!!:mad:

nothing people are buying is working (from what i have been reading), i wonder if the staff knows about it, if they do i would hope they pull the store down until its fixed

if i buy something i expect to get it :)
