account got ban without warning or e-mail.

hey does anyone got their account ban for no reason and didnt get a warning or e-mail telling you about it? i made an account for only 1 week and when i log back on i got a message that says. your account has been banned. i checked my e-mail, i see no warning or anything telling me why i got banned. my character is only lvl 15 and i already got ban for no reason. im worried of starting a new character that it might get ban too. if anyone have any advice, plz let me know. thank you.

If the email you registered that account with was legitimate, you should have gotten an email.

I suggest you submit a ticket to the CSR's about this issue. Account issues and bans/other punishments are not open for discussion on the forums. This is a private matter between yourself and Outspark.
