Outspark "Search" - Why 30 second time restrictions?

Out of curiosity, I understand the need to limit posts to 20 seconds per post but why is there a 20 second restriction for searching through the forums? Chance any Admin could answer?

searching takes processing power, and hard drive time (sending data from hd, to memory, processing that into a webpage that you will see). So yeah, searching through a database actually takes a good bit of power. You wouldn't want someone scripting a simple little tool to bring down your website.
