The chat box isn't showing

Someone hlep me, I know this isn't my computer as I have a really good gaming PC. Anyways, I check the options to see if the chat box is off but it isn't off! I can still type and talk but I can't see what I can't typing unless I see chat box!!

Is anybody having this problem?
Please help me!

Hello! This is a common issue, here's what you do:

ESC>Game Settings>Reset Interface
