i think this was right after the dear friend quest, the one where you had to kill 30 ghosts. anyways the npc shows that she has a quest for you via the red egg above her head and the red exclamation mark on her spot on the map but when you go talk to her she mentions the quest but does not let you start it. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v502/darkjedi69/screenshot010.jpg
