My experience with the fiesta store, is that the items are in your invetory for 1 week.

that makes no sense. Supposedly u will be able to purchase a stat reset. SO in other words you have to use it withing a week.

I doubt everything will be on a time limit, that would be rediculous.
It would 'probably' be more like a scroll with 1 use. Outfits might have 30-day limits on them like the prizes GMs give out, same with mounts I guess. Houses might be permanent.
Who knows - maybe for more cash you can get permanent things instead of temp. We just gotta wait. ;)

I think the temp things shouldn't happen. You should only get it if u can buy it.

SoftOn will most likely force Outspark to sell temp items. A bad idea since, unlike Korea or other parts of Asia, the rest of the world aren't heavy MMO users. People who don't play much can get easily turned off by the awkward time based usage of the items, and thus leave the game.
Not a good idea for Outspark to follow that.

Btw i dont think Fiesta is gonna open anytime near Halloween. Outspark should release it around.... maybe November. The reason for me to say that is because, its STUPID to release something pertaining to that day on that day. For example, selling Halloween candy and costumes starting on Halloween day; or selling Turkey starting on Thanksgiving Day; or selling toys starting Christmas day. The point is that no business in its right mind will START selling a product on the day of its event. You think majority of ppl would spend their time on Christmas Day to buy a present? Most ppl will buy it b4 hand 2-3 weeks ago.
In Fiesta's situation, who would celebrate Halloween based items for only Halloween day and post-Halloween. Doesn't make sense to dress up as a clown and walking around After Halloween. There it is in my opinion that cash shop will not open this month.
Then again, the GMs then to throw something up in the last min. Very inconsiderate for them to do that, but we cant do anything about that, except complain to Outspark to get them fired or straighten up.

You're looking at it in the wrong perspective. It's more like a grand opening than a forced holiday release. Remember, these items were teased at us since before OB, and shortly after OB we were seeing such holiday themed pieces.
However we've also seen traditional costumes and misc items since then as well. If they do in fact open around Halloween, you have to remember that it's not going to be just Halloween theme'd stuff.
Me personally, I'd get a kick out of wearing costumes after halloween. :)

All purchases should be permanent. I wish the helmets, rings, necklaces, etc... would be shown on the character. That would make your character look good.

I think that it would be ok for a MMO to let your character keep seasonal costumes for however long they want to wear them. I would like that personalization from this game. Anything that a person would like to decorate their character with.

Raiko, the point of time degrading items, is to continue revenue coming in for the company. Not everything will last 1 week, some things will last longer I am sure. If you only bought things 1 time, then eventually Fiesta wouldn't be able to support itself. So, time limits on the items are a necessity to keep the company, and game as a whole afloat.

Not necessarily. For one thing, lots of the items might be single-use, like scrolls. Why do you need a time limit on things that you only get to use once anyway? Also, it's not like they couldn't come up with new items to sell from time to time.
Gaia Online, I think, has done a good job of this - although they're a social site not an MMO - since they only sell special items for a month, everyone rushes to get them before they're not sold any more. The same sort of thing could work in Fiesta (costumes? Cool-looking armor? Emotes?). There's really no need to have time limits on items, and I think such limits would be a huge turn-off for casual players like myself, who don't play every single day.
