Can someone please tell me how I can get the skills elrue[4], lix[4], and xir[4]? I assume I have to purchase them with fame like the tier 3 skills, but I can't find them! Does anyone know of a high level fame vendor?
And for the record yes, yes I do have the required skill level to learn them :)
