Cash Shop issue

Why? you may be asking.
Because the code that transfers purchased items from the Cash Shop to your inventory is bugged.

I am sure that Outspark will eventually replace the items that were lost during the transaction but that doesn't change the fact that you will risk losing both the items and your spark cash until the bug is fixed.

What item did you buy?

When did you buy it?

etc etc...

It's not meant to be derogatory Silky.

It has happened to many people now.

For me I purchased 2 skill reset scrolls yesterday and although the spark cash was taken and the items show up as purchased they never made it to my inventory.

There are many complaints starting to show up about it now in the bug report category.

Although you maybe correct, the forum is not the proper place to deal with your issue. You need to submit a ticket to CSR.

I am able to see transactions taking place (people with no issues). So when you say "many people", it could mean 5.

These people need to contact Customer Service to get the item they paid for.
