Last year, there was this "dance" that was banned from our service due to 1 unhappy parent.

What about innocent actions like blowing a kiss, or an innocent kiss on the cheek (perhaps only do-able to the character your character is married with, so it can't be done to 'everyone' in case some people want to call this "sexual harassment" lolol), and the like? Of course, I hope no one here is asking for actions of french kissing or something o_O"

The dance you mentioned - I guess could've been interpreted "sexually inappropriate" (as much as I liked the dance myself ><), but I don't think things like blowing a little kiss could be interpreted in a "bad" way (and if male characters blowing a kiss is not manly enough, you could make them swoon to match the female character's actions lmao).

I think it'll be a cute addition to the game. I've seen other games with similar actions, and it's cute. Plus, it'll come in useful too when we make Fiesta videos and stuff. xD

I'm pretty sure everyone would want the level cap and I don't think many of us are demanding for it to be added on now, but I don't think it hurts to take this into consideration as a "minor" add-on in much later patches, whenever OS has the time to.

I really think that the kiss emote would be lame.

Of course, if you take a random "e-kiss-action" from someone you don't know to heart and think they really want to get with you IRL, it'll be "lame". But yaknow, it's a game, not everyone takes little things like this from randoms on the internet to heart. :rolleyes:

I think it'd be cute. How people use it and interpret it is totally up to the individual. If someones going to feel offended for someone blowing them a kiss in a game, perhaps they shouldn't be on the internet, especially a MMO in the first place? Kind of ruins it for the rest of us who can take it as just a pixelated action. It's not like the person has proposed to you or is insinuating that they want you. That's when you walk away.

I've seen a few things I'd find a little more inappropriate than someone blowing me a kiss in-game, such as suggestively detailed female mage armor (30 and 80). When you look up a female chars skirt and see what type of underwear has been designed this time. Not to mention, peoples language in the game, which cannot be controlled.

But then again... it is just an emote. There are more important things to be done, like more content, cap raise, bug fixes, etc. But it would be cute to see some sort of affectionate emote instead of "front and center".

it would be nice to get more emote on there.... Hugging would be alot better then Front and center.... as for the Kissing Emote... i think there should be one but for married couples ( just a simple lil peck would be cute)... yes this is a MMO but OS made it to where we could marry so y not give the married couples a few extra emotes to????.................Lvl Cap Raise is #1 thing that need to get done right now... but like someone else said CONSIDER giving married couples some new emotes.. Some ppl didnt get married just for the stats... Some are really dating IRL... and Yes ive seen other MMO wit these emote as well and its cute.. Like if u dont feel like lvling u can sit around in eachothers Arms (which is really cute) but Hey its OS's game they decied wat comes and goes.... BUT OS plz CONSIDER a Hug and Kiss emote it would be cute(youve already made it possiable for us to get married y not better emotes??)

Sarcasm aside, I don't think an emote like this should be taken so seriously as some people in here are. Samuraimandc's post of "why not actions u can only do with ur wife/hubby?" probably made you think of some R-rated actions, but I am sure he/she is only asking PG-rated actions, like blowing a kiss, or a kiss on the cheek, a better hug than front and centre, etc. I would post examples, but I'm not sure about hyperlinking rules on the forums here about other games.

I honestly don't see how an action like that is going to turn it into an online dating service. Bit too dramatic, imho.

But yeah, Yosei and ameliz pretty much said everything I had on mind.
