Store bug?

I was in game and logged on in the store to buy a school uniform, and the first time i bought it, it wasnt in my little inventory thing. i bought it again and it still didnt show up. It charged me for both, but i dont have them. And im looking at the far right inventory slot where you're sc items show. Help?

From what I've read, this seems to be a frequent glitch.

Hmm, this is not the same username that sent me a PM, but it's the same wording. In any case...

If you've checked your premium bag again (sometimes loading errors occur) and it still has not appeared, I would have your friend submit a ticket. Since your friend is the one who has lost money, the CSRs would be more likely to respond to him/her. When your friend submits a ticket, give him/her the ticket number you submitted and the time and date of when you submitted.
