My only question, Can the Guild Master and Acad MAster be two diffrent people? I lied question #2 If so how? Please answer asap.

Yes your guild master and academy master can be two different people.
To set an academy master: Your academy master needs to be an admin or the guild master. If it's an admin, right-click on the person's name (when s/he is online) and select "Master Rights Transfer". This will give the admin academy master only. If you decide to change the academy master, you can right-click on yourself and select "Reset Master," then transfer rights again.
