i wanted to edit my proile but a message saying "u're not authorized to eter this page" kept appearing

and i realy want to use pictures as my signature :(

you don't need to click on edit profile for puting an image into your signature
you have to click in edit signature.

i know that,but te signature permission won't allow me to upload pictures for my signature :(

...? what do you mean, won't let you upload?
or you don't know how to insert a picture into your siggii .3.~?
and btw, no one can upload avatars right now,
since that's the only restriction besides the profile.
anyways, if you don't know, i'll write instructions here on how to do it:

1. upload your picture to either www.tinypic.com or www.imageshack.us
(you can also use www.photobucket for permanency, but you'll have to register).

2. copy where it says "direct link".

3. go here: http://outspark.com//forums/profile.php?do=editsignature

4. in the space provided, type [img]insert direct link here.[/ img] <~ without the space~

5. click save signature and it should be working fine for you~
