Character Creation

Ive tryd to make a character it i get the same error? is windows XP the problem???.....T.T??? any1 know how to fix this I WANNA PLAY **** it! srry for the bad word..-_-:mad::mad::eek::confused:

First is it an internet explorer error appear when you try to create a character?

If yes, you need to upgrade your graphic drivers.

If its nvidia, try www.nvidia.com.

If its ATI, try the link below.

If you are unsure on howto check your graphics card, go to:

Start > Run
Type DxDiag and submit
Go to the "Display" tab
All your card details and driver version can be found there.

i dont know howto get to the character creation page and i cant find out how please help me find it please

and if you can't download the game, wait until open beta to do so.
