Blue Sets Bugged

So.. like the blue safe sets for clerics are supposed to increase the amount of endure (buff).. and after last maintenance.. they don't.

Life sets do not boost Endure like they did before the patch either. I have not been able to determine if the Levan set is bugged as well. Probably are though.
