Incomplete Download?

So here's the deal, I began downloading SoS a few hours ago, planning to get Fiesta right after that (both at the same time would be slow going). I come back (since the computer said it was going to take about 7 hours) and it's done. ...But looking at the download screen for Firefox, I see that not even 1 GB was downloaded from the supposed 1.8 but there is SoS on my desktop, even with the correct icon.

Also, I think downloading it gave me a virus. I didn't go to a mirror either.

Point is, at about 300 or 500 MB, that game isn't going to play. So what can I do to get the full version?

And Fiesta. :/ But I think I have it solved...kinda. Using the BitTorrent download option now, but it's going to take 7 more hours. @_@

Scratch that. I enabled the download again. Looks like I won't be turning my computer off anytime soon... 18 hours to go...

Did you download the torrent instead? Try to download one at a time, or download them both when your internet connection is at its high.

ummmmmm SoS should take 45 min - 1 hour tops . i down loaded it on our schools computer and my home one many time never took 7hours may be 2 after updates

What kind of transfer speeds do you get? At my university it still needs like 4 hours. I thought every large institution had relatively slow connections cos it's spread over several workstations.

I had roughly 50Kbps going. Yes, I was downloading one at a time. I opted for getting a free download manager and get Solstice from there. The installation is complete but now it says that the game is either closed for maintenance or I have not been invited to play yet. O_o What?
