i think that they should have more animation to your character
like instead of paying for it it should be free in teh game everybody looks like the same its not that much fun i dont think letting players custamize their character their own way without playing wouldnt be that bad

It would be good to be able to customize your own character. However, I've played other games where this was possible and, trust me, it was such a pain in the neck... I'm too indecisive to choose from 10000 possible options of customization. It took me hours just to make a character that was "ok".
But, if there was more variety with the faces, hairstyles and hair colors at the beggining it would be great. As you said, new characters look all alike and you can't changue your looks unless you get to have sparkcash.
