I have just accepted the quest where you try to find the necklace for the hotel manager in Brynhild. However, I don't know where to find the creature that she refers to as a snay cub. :confused: If anyone could help me I would be grateful.

It's a typo. It's actually a Star Bear. *Think it was those at least* I remember getting a couple of those necklaces in teh areas just before the star bear showed up so I'm not sure what drops them.
Go west of Essense until you get to an area with star bears. The necklaces are droped in the area just before that. That's the best directions I can give you.
