i think that the forum should have a chat room maybe they should do a chat at xat
and also i think they should not allowed players to advitise and i think they should stop the advertising cause its really anoying

I think they should forbid players from makeing threads only to put an idea they think is awsome on it when its actualy bad...

The difficulty with a chat room is that it would have to be monitored 24/7. Which means either hiring more staff or taking on more volunteers to have an admin present at all times.
As for advertising, what do you mean? If its advertising for something non-Outspark related it probably isn't allowed. However, players are more than welcome to advertise their gears, the cs items they use, or their own threads.

I AGREE but with the chat room in xat.com you can assign admin that could watch the chat i myself would do it cause i really enjoy doing it
