View Full Version : How many Flower Petals before Happy Seed?

I started collecting them to see how many I had to Harvest before(if) I get the Happy Seed drop for the Cake Event.
How many did it take you?
Right now I have:
Red=117
Blue=115
Yellow=90
No telling how many Flowers dropped nothing.....

I hope your efforts pay off eventually.
I don't look for flowers cuz I know how fustrating it can get xD
Just when I see a flower I stop to harvest it quickly.

the last time the cake event quest was implimented on fiestas birthday, almost no one got any seeds and then suddenly in the last few days they dropped all over the place XD i harvested for hours with no avail and then suddenly n the last day of the quest i got 9 in the space of about 20mins, alot of people i knew thought maybe it was glitched and that they only fixed it towards the end, so you couldnt get the seeds until after they decided to fix it
i still have 6 pieces of cake in my inventory from back then so im not even bothering to try and collect this time XD

I've harvested so many flowers and I only got two happy seeds. >_< It takes forever.

I don't think you need petals. only go harvesting the flowerrs, and the seed pop up as a drop.

anyone already use the cake?? i want to know is that cake like a premium item which if we die that buff not dissapear?? or its just a normal buff like scroll buff/cleric buff and if we die that buff is gone??

its stays on like premium item for 24 hours. I never really notice the difference in my character though.

It took me 60-70 petals total,15 mins and i got 3 seeds in one ^_^v
Didn't really see a difference either

two drops of three each so far, two/three hours per drop.. really not worth it tbh...

Ended up with 143 Red petals, 1 flower dropped 4 seeds.
I did notice a slight difference. My bars increased. Oh well, a break in the grinding!

Got 5 in 20 minutes, haven't even gotten enough to get all 5 pieces of cake yet.

he's not saying that you need petals in order to get a happy seed. He's counting how many petals he already has. He has so many, yet he doesn't have the seed. He probably decided to count the petals because there MAY be some sort of pattern after getting so man petals, but unfortunately they're jus trare at the moment.
I remember in the Thanksgiving quest the turkey legs were rare but the last few days they made the legs less rare, yet still appear after so many monsters.

it took me,
red = 35
blue = 43
yellow = 38
n i get 8 seeds
:D
5 at 1 time n 3 right after it:D:D

About 30 of each color petal and i got 2 seeds in around an hour

Wow!!!
It is great to see a lot of people got them quicker than I did. It was a nice break from the usual. If they do start becoming less rare I may go look for more, my grinding has built up quite a few of the other quest items, now I just need more seeds, lol. Good luck to everyone!

This has been so frustrating! I have enough items to get two pieces of cake EXCEPT for the happy seeds. I too pick flowers whenever I find them.

I rode through Moonlight Tomb and found mine, two friends have gotten theirs in Sea of Greed in the lower right hand corner. Hopefully you will have better luck

I got 3 happy seeds on my first flower on my lvl 15 fighter...there i saw huge diference...but right now...have like 100 petals each color and no seed on my lvl 53 cleric...
Really disapointed!!
