Npc your stuffs.. or Sell them to players.. you can't get money from monsters.. lol

NPC: when u go to purchase something, after clicking on purchase, right-click on the item u want to sell. that sells one. (hover ur mouse over it to see how much it goes for). if you shift + right-click, u can set the quantity you want to sell all at one time.
Other Players: look for pinkish-looking mushrooms. they have the player's names and the words [Purchase Store]. Hope this helps and totally hope i'm right about this, since i'm a noob myself.

ok i know how there are 3 ways you can do quest and earn money or get stuff by monsters and sell it to a npc by left click an item when its all gone or open a a vender by pressing b and click sell then put your items in so good luck :)
