I've run a search here, and even looked through FiestaFan's wiki, but there are no definitive answers to my query, as outlined by the title above. If anyone can provide the answer, please do so. Your constructive posts will be greatly appreciated, and many thanks in advance.

You cannot make it in any form, you find them while mining, and get them as rewards from doing quests. (Short of that being implemented with yesterdays patch as a surprise, and one that'd destroy the enchancement stone balance.. in short, not likely)
