Problem with seeing the game..

I downloaded pretty much everthing there was the download and then i log on to play the game. it gets the point where i have to create a character but when i go to choose the appearance it is just a big white box. I created the character anyways even though i couldnt see it and started the game. I got into it and i can see the chat box, all the bars at the top left of the screen and the bottem right toolbar thing. The game itself is all black and i can't see anything however.

So what is going on? is it just me? I downloaded everything it said to and i should be set....

I have the same prob even though i downloaded two of the drivers from the website and an openGl

have you tried to change your video settings to 16 bit from what its probly at 33bit? that may fix it. i had to toy around with the settings a few times to get mine right. full screen but its not full screen and i had to swap back and fourth from 16bit and 32bit when i was getting it set right.

Ya Ive got a blank character with a black screen too i ****ed with the setting a little from 32 bit to 16 bit but that doesnt seem to help my video card is a
ATI Radeon XPress 200M Series does it need to be more powerful?
(BTW Guild Wars plays fine on it)

These issue generally stem from your PC not being within the minimum system requirements. Please make sure your PC is within the requirements.
