Potion production skill question

hey, i'm having problems producing potions, I am trying to produce hp potions but it says that I havent obtained the production skill yet, I have the potion production skill and i have all of the ingredients for hp potions as well.

so is this a bug or am I missing something?

You have to go to robin, go to alchemy at the top, and find the skill. Yeah, you have to buy the skill, and it won't say hp potion, so you'll have to read. Once you buy it, it will be in your inventory, and you right-click it to learn it. Have fun!!
