Cleric purples have no effect

Well I just got two purples from winning in pvp KQs and they both boost my hp restoration rate for restore. So I put them on, but when I try restore, it's exactly the same.

Why is this? Do I have to get the third peice for this to work?

It's a glitch that started with the patch on Tuesday. It also effects the Endure buff from Life/Safe Sets. T^T It's been reported to the GMs/CSRs.

From what I've read, it's all sets that are experiencing this.

Bleh.....I worked so hard to get my Levan Set and I can't believe the effect is broken due to the new patch.....oh well....at least the stats are decent.....
