I have 2 frozen characters

I have 2 characters that just all of sudden froze and cannot move. There skill bars are empty and i cant move or speak to anyone. It happened when i teleported to essene. My squire has been frozen for some time also. (why i started a new char). I can log on too someone else computer and play these toons but they do not work on my computer. All my other toons work fine. When i do go on one of my frozen characters, If i hit the guild tab on the task bar this message pops up.

This is all i can tell you... I cant keeping making new characters and having them freeze on me. Rubix you said if you can recreate the problem you can fix it. Please help or ill have to quit playing the game... which would be sad cuz i like it :)

Have you tried uninstalling the game, deleting all related folders, then reinstalling? That seems to fix a lot of weird stuff. Especially since the characters work from other computers, it sounds like an issue with your computer or with that installation.
