help me, dont judge me (sparkcash items)

i just bought several items with sparkcash and have no idea how i am supposed to use them. they do not appear anywhere except my purchase history in the shop (and my credit card statement). someone please guide me or tell me im screwed and just wasted a bunch of money.

That is easy. They are in your cart.
Open your inventory (alt +e) or click the inventory icon.
In the lower left hand side is a trash can and a shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart and your items will be there.
Double click on the items to move them from your shopping cart into your inventory if you have room.

Have you tried opening up your inventory and using the "open the cart window" button on the lower left side? That's all I can think of ^^ ..... oh never mind i was 5 minutes too late XD

thats my issue, i have already tried that. and my stuff is not there. the cart is blank... or empty... or whatever.

Send a message to the csr and describe your problem. They should investigate and fix it, however it may take a few days, especially since this is a weekend.
