I would like to group my selling list by the level of gear it is... (name of the gear, ex: Lv. 48-56 Trial/Tree/Instinct/Well/Water/Starlight) . So I was wondering if anyone knows where a list is that gives the names and levels of all gears. Thanks ^^

Hmm... You can see all the gears your class line (for example, if you're a Squire, it shows Squire, Knight, Warrior & Warlord) uses if you talk to the Solstice Guide and choose the "What should I wear?" option. To see the other classes', you'd need to have a char of each class...
But you can check the Level Up lists in each class section... It tells what gears you get at certain lvs.
