Players have been accusing me of impersonating the Outspark staff for reporting other players for their violations of the TOS. If you are reporting players, you are not impersonating the Outspark staff at all. If this is considered impersonating, then why would Outspark allow players to do this? I mean seriously, I would love to work at Outspark as a GM, GL, CSR, etc. but it is never going to happen. I do this because I want to make a difference by keeping the community safe, healthy, and fun for everyone and that's what Outspark does but that still doesn't mean I'm impersonating. Now i don't mind a few minor violations such as swearing but when it gets out of control, that's when I take action. I am not a GM, GL, CSR etc. I am an official Fiesta player like everyone else who is having fun by playing this game. Please stop accusing me of impersonating the Outspark staff just because I report players. Thank you
To the Outspark staff: After you read this, please reply to get players to understand this before closing this thread. Thank you

First, thank you for caring enough to take time to report any possible violations of TOS to the proper OS staff, usually the CSRs.
But whether it's in game or on the forums, there will be a lot of issues arising from people take upon themselves to become mini-moderators (I have been guilty of this myself in the past). The main issue with non appointed Fiesta players trying to enforce the guidelines set by the TOS may not be properly trained to deal with others who are suspected of breaking the rules. It's not "what" you say regarding the TOS but rather "how" you say it, in order to get your point across.
If someone in game does something you are uncomfortable with, give suggestions and why their actions would make you feel uncomfortable instead of saying its against the TOS. Try to give everyone a benefit of a doubt and do not go vigilant the instant someone makes a mistake. Make sure if its an honest mistake or if its deliberate and intentional, make records of their repeat offenses. As long as your reports are made in good faith (not lying to cause others grief on purpose) you will not have to fear about retaliation.
Here's probably a very good tip to save people hassles in regards to reporting issues to the CSRs. Do it anonymously, you do not need to shout and scream to the suspicious party as it will bring unnecessary attention to yourself. Any player who is not employed by OS should not take it upon themselves to enforce the rules, let OS handle that, since players have no power to control any other player in game or in forums. All any player can do is record their evidence and forward them to the CSRs for review.
Please understand that OS can not really stop anyone from calling you an employee of OS. Those actions will not cause you any trouble, unless you actually going to say your are any employee of OS when in fact you are not.
PS. Any former player who becomes an OS employee can not willingly reveal their player information prior to becoming say a GM unless they wish to face possible disciplinary action such as being let go from OS.

I got an infraction once for not knowing what I was saying and the CLs said I was impersonating a GM :p
