ive ran into a problem .. i cant create a character it keeps telling me i need a correct name. a little mercy im not a regular gamer so please don't yell at me!

I have never experienced this problem but I will try and help you.

Perhaps the name you have given is already in use by another player? In that case you'll just have to keep trying untill you get a unique one :)

Other than that I can only think of invalid characters in the name...

or perhaps you have illegal characters in your name.. do you have a space in your name?

use only letters and numbers, no spaces or .!?/<>,.
