I want to be a fighter and am curious about its background. Does the fighter only use one handed swords and sheilds the whole game or are there more weapons to choose from later on. Im shure there is a library page or something on the web I can look up but im lazy and prefer to ask someone else who knows.:)

From what I've seen on the japanese site (Xenepic*cough*google translated*cough*), it seems that fighters stick with 1-handed swords till their class change on lvl 66, when they can use 2-handed swords.

Could someone confirm it for SoS?

this game is named Xenepic Online in japan,and they have released this game for 2 years, from their web site( if you know Japanese) fighter is always 1h sword user....even after 4th class change......sigh

Fighters only use 1 handed swords. There are no 2h swords.

1h swords and shields are ideal fighting eqs for fighters in SoS .3.
well, on a positive note, even if you don't get more offense using melee,
at least you have more defense to tank <;~
