I am not quite sure of what you're trying to say but I'm pretty certain that this relates to the Terms of Use and Agreement. Games have their companies and thus they are the ones that either publish or sponsor games.


I think due to common misconceptions the jail issue is the effect of &amp;quot;misusing&amp;quot; the product (i.e. claiming it as your own, re-distributing and such). I maybe wrong in this.
