I didnt see anything official ever, but I'm pretty sure theres no wipe after open beta

Kaalan himself said that there will be no Server resets. everyone keeps everything.

The usual rule is as long as there aren't any game / economy destroying hacks or glitches at the end of OB then wipes are not needed.

NO, there will NOT be another wipe at the end of OB.
