it said something about the mall street sewer or something
where can i find the npc??????????????????????????????????????????

The sewers are in Mall Street (the west part of Brynhild).
They're in the NorthEast corner. If you open up the mini map, you'll see it. It may be called the Culverts, but it's where you want to go.

what is the lowest level i need to go in there

Well, it partly depends on what class you are and what your gear is, but if you are going solo I wouldn't consider it until 32-34. Lower if you get a good party, but he way the quest works makes it hard to do in a party.

Yeah.. I would definitely wait till you are at least lvl 30. And even then, having an aco with you is a good idea. Also, you can get quest details and maps of the sewers and other places at xenpedia.com

They have a lot of good info, tho some of it is outdated, and only goes up to lvl 50 or so. Hope that helps.

yes but you need to get the wedding stuff from outspark store and then register with the GM through forum

If you do not want to go the SparkCash route, you can ask any cleric, priest or paladin to be your wedding priest and arrange a time with your guests and such. You won't get official shouts, cake or teleports, though.
