Kill them anyway. If you don't, shrooming sort of becomes cheating like, "Oh, I'm about to die, if I shroom he won't kill me!" You could stay alive forever like that and save stones and pots. Just hide, wait for your health to return while they stand there and watch, and then pop back out and keep on truckin'.

If you attack someone who is already shroomed, and they haven't attacked you, then it is against the unofficial rules of general pvp/GW/whatever.

However... if they attack you, and then shroom? MWAHAHAHAHA...time to die XD

Have someone double team him/her? It takes a while for a shroom to heal someone's health so he/she can die after a few hits while the shroom takes a couple seconds to bring the hp back up.
