teva maps just went down, other servers effected?

Just got the problem, asking around people for similarities.

Tried scrolling to Eldy from Vine Tomb, cannot do it. Sandhill has error too. Roumen works.
My friend cannot go into Abyss, got stuck on loading screen as well.

Apparently, quest items ain't dropping from enemies too.

i used two eldy scroll from goblin camp and didn't work wasted two scrolls, and i tried walking to collapsed prison didnt work from goblin camp either. now im stuck in goblin camp . ._.' is there a problem with maps?
