the contst should be a drwaing contest and the topic should be outfit designer. if the persn that wins it wins it they should be rewarded with the outfit on thier character! itd be so awesommly ^.^

There are events such as these. They are called player of the month and to find the art subject ones, you look in the Fiesta Fan Art section.
