I hear that once you hit LEVEL 25 your crit % decrease by half right?..
However I also heard that once you hit 25 POINTS your critical% decrease by half. Which one is correct?

You get .2% for every point added to spr until you reach 25 pts. Thereafter 25 pts you only get .1% per point added. so instead of 5 pts for 1% you need 10 pts for 1% critical. :) I hope that helped you out

As far as 'I' understand it, once you have used 25 'free' points on spr the amount of crit percentage you gain for those free points goes down from .2% to .1%.
