Anybody else notice that their boost is running faster than real time. cause i started bosoting yesterday around 2-3pm pst and now 12:18 its past 24hrs... >_> something bad..... i urge u to check your boost time and check it again in 24hrs and see where it stands...cause i have talked to another player and he too have notice his boost is running faster than real ppl time D: .......

I think you're right. I started recording 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. In that time my XP book has gone down 1 hour and 24 minutes, which I think will add up to a few hours in a bit.

Yup... I had that... my boost had ended like a day before my items expired... and I remember taking my items out of my cart RIGHT after I started my boost. I had that problem during the month of Feb... so it's probably been going on for a while >>

I don't think it's just the boost timer that's running faster than it should. My mixed mode gem timer expired about 4 or 5 hours before my bunny ears did, and I started using them at the same time (duh...). If I lose 5 hours on a 7-day timer, I wonder how much I'm losing on 30-day exp book.

Please fix T_T

it seems anything wid a CD where u are able to see the hr mins and sec those one seems to be running fast cause a few ppl ahve told me that they have notice that their 30mins buff only lasst for about 20mins. but also grape i took out my bell and started boost like sec after each other during febs and yea my boost too ran out a day b4. this is bad D:

sigh.. i noticed this more than a month ago... this includes passionate chocolate, confessional chocolate, lovely chocolate and shamrock emote buff (obvious ones).. let say if u turn on hp buff and confessional chocolate, you will notice that 1hr on passionate chocolate end up faster than 1 hr of hp buff (hp buff/mp buff follow real in game time) by 10 mins!! From my observation, this is due to the transition of maps, either by walking to different map or using warp/return scrolls (does not include logging off or changing to other character).. Transition of map somehow adds a few seconds to the cooldown of the buff.. Therefore, more rp to the town would reduce the 1 hr buff down to 50 mins or less.. This does not apply to hp buff, maybe because hp buff has been introduced since 1 day of sc shop and hp buff can act as a reference time frame for this experiment..

Try use hp buff and shamrock emote.. You will see that the shamrock buff ends in less 30 mins (around 20 mins) and you may end up using 3 shamrock in a complete 1 hr.. You can time yourself using your own clock/watches.. Is this a glitch or... marketing strategy? xDD

I'd use one of those physical attack souls that last 5 minutes, and I'd change maps right after using it and I'd have like 10 seconds left on it! Ticks me off. :(

I have never really paid attention till you brought this up. I timed mine and it is indeed running faster than real time. Has anyone sent an email to outspark about this? Just curious...:|

I checked my boost time at 11:30 PM it was at 26 days 15 hours 2 min's
Then I checked at 5:30 am and it said 26 days 8 hours 52 min's
11:30 PM-5:30 Am is 6 hours time lost on boost is 6 hours and 10 min's
so if every 6 hours I lose 10 mins.Over the course of 30 days I lose 20 hours of my boost. Something is not right they need to fix this and refund our money for the time we bought and never received.

yea i've been keeping a close eys on mine and over 12hr and 30mins i've lost 1hr and 20mins but the time does varies between ppl cause i have been keeping tabs on several of my friends to calc out if the amt were the same seems as its diffferent for each other. with foger saying you lose it from rp and going from map to map this could be the possibility to why the amt are different.

... i've noticed this too. We're not getting what we paid for. Outspark probably keeps records of what everyone buys so i suppose they could reimburse us with something. If outspark is doing this on purpose they are stealing from us.

Just keep posting and Outspark will notice it. And i hope they do something fast. Already burned threw 2 (30Day 100%) 1 (7Day 100%) wonder how much time i really lost? O_O*psst* i vote that we all should get 2 xens for every hour we lost :D

burned thrue 10x 30days books 100%
used 3 mixed gem modes 30days
used about 100+ mp/hp buffs 1h

i can just continue ;D
but i dunt wana know how much time i have been loosing ;D

EXCUSE ME!!! What is with you people suspecting that Outspark is stealing from us? I myself don't rly satisfied with the customer service that they give out, but man chill for a moments.
If they know about this problems they can fix it, do you haev any proofs to say that Outspark have done this on purpose to steal your money? They are a big company with reputation to keep, if they are rly doing this on purpose, you would be hearing this already from Fiesta and other game. (I'm not sure if they have booster on there, but I guess pretty much all MMORPG have booster)
If they rly want to steal your money, it's not that hard to "GLITCH" all of the timer for boost, mixed mode, candy, beans, hp buff, chocolate, mp buff, items or st patrick buff at all. It would be barely noticable because all they gotta to do is "GLITCH" 2 measy secs from each timer and they would "steal" ton of time already. So THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK.

Second: seriously annoy with you people asking for free sc and xens and blah blah.
Have some patience and some morality. An apology from outspark would be enough. THERE IS NO REASONS WHY THEY SHOULD GIVE OUT FREE STUFF.
Look they already give you boost weekend, they give out sc item in events, they REDUCED price for a bunch of items in Sc shop. Appreciate it!

i noticed this when i my patty hat expired one day early. i didnt care much about it because it was a in game item that is easily obtained but if the boosts are running faster than real time, that's ridiculous especially considering the fact that they raised the price for the ultimate leveling kit.

I think frustration on the part of players is understandable. It's one thing to have glitched quests and poor exp curve -- after all, the game is free -- it is another thing entirely when items we pay real money for is not doing what it's supposed to. Exp books and mixed mode gems are time-sensitive products, so for players to be losing time on those things is really problematic. Accusations of stealing are premature, but that doesn't mean the complaints voiced here are any less legitimate. In real-world businesses, customers would have every right to expect a compensation of some sort, and I, for one, find it hard to believe that a GM has not responded yet to this thread, given how fast they have responded to other threads in the past.

I noticed this with the choco's. It seemed every time I warped into a city, it too 5 to 10 mins off the buff. xD Number one reason to stop buying them. Now the boost is doing the same? gah! >>;

What are some of the items that is happening with?

I'm going to try to reproduce this to see if it happens to me.

Any thing i should know?? do i need to log off and on? Do i need to warp to towns?

Any kind of info that will help me reproduce this will be great.

Right now I have a 30d Mix mode Gem and EXP Rate 100% 30D running.. Ill see tomarrow at 10am if im missing any time.. That will be 24 hours for me.

Any kind of info will help..

i only have a 30 day 100% boost and 30 day 40% boost aid on. i lost the most time while i was aoe and grinding as Foger said the lose happens most when you warp or change maps. i lost 10 mins during a 6 hour grinding/aoe and only 1min and 30sec when i set in town for 12 hours.Hope that helps

Yeah... I only had the problem with my 100% 30D boost... my SC items and Mix-mode Gem didn't seem to be affected.

Ty Rubix for responding well i think you should warp out of town and back to town couple times to make it seem like u are out grinding ah normally i log off to sleep so u mite wanna have it log off for 6hours or so. and well like i've stated i have taken some data of a few of my friends boost and it seems that the time lost is different even tho the times recorded over 24hrs were the same lenght of time but total time lost was ranging from an hour to 2 hrs+. so im not quite sure wats affecting the time lost but foger does present a reasonable possibility cause some ppl do rp more often then other and from my data a sin was losing more time than an archer friend i recorded. that would makes sense because sin have low weight capacity and have to rp more frequent.

I never really did check precisely my boost timer... Though I just started using Gem Mode 30D and a Kimono and realize that my Gem expired like 1 whole day before my Kimono was o.0? I was like... I did take them out at the same time... That's my story xD

For me, it was the choco. All the choco, actually. It happened when I warped into a town. The towns would change. Mmm, how do you explain it? I first noticed it with Eir. Then I changed my town to Jot and it was fine for a day. Then Jot was doing it. Same with Ess and Bryn. They didn't happen all at once. I finally settled for the lib bc it didn't talk time off the choco (and eventually stopped buy it completely. >>; )

I think this is happening to all things that have a Timer on them.

Yesterday at exactly 8:10am i did the U-book quest before shutting down my computer to go to work. This morning i was waiting for 8:10am to strike so i can do the quest again before i head off to work but at 7:50am i noticed the U-book timer has already disappeared.

Like I said before I have the 30d Mix mode Gem and EXP Rate 100% 30D running. I was just hanging around in Arcarinas Square yesterday. When I left work yesterday at 6:30 I turned off my pc and turned it back on around 9:30 this morning. So far my time is OK. Today i will go traveling around some maps and go do a little grinding. I guess Ill know by today if something happens. I will also inform DnC about this issue and have them take a look into it.

Yeah the reason i lost only 20 minutes off my timer and slayer lost like 2 hours is because my computer was shut down for half the day while i was at work and when i logged on i didnt do a lot of map changing.

I think the more times you change maps, the more time gets eaten.

Edit: i just logged on and my Patty Hat expired a day earlier than it was supposed to. x_x

hmm...... hm......... i heard that the other day and i checked it, my boost 30 D doesnt lose any second when i change the map or whatever, i checked it a lot of times ^^! warping passing through different maps etc, maybe they seconds are faster than real life seconds, idk about that, but its not about changing maps o.o!

I did that too and didn't notice any significant loss of seconds per warp, but my boost is still running a tad fast. It might be that you lose part of a second for every warp and it adds up later. @_@

get one shamrock emote and check whether it is 30 mins exact.. if u warp a couple of times, you would lose 5-10 mins or more.. as for booster, i really dont pay attention since I have tons of them enough for another 2 years+ lol.. it'd be better if you time it together with hp buff because hp/mp buff buff indeed follow the 1 hour duration..

Bump on this on, and it's STILL an issue. I gifted a friend of mine a mix mode gem, angel pjs, and femal cloak of love(all 30 days) about a month ago. She activated all 3 at about the SAME TIME.. A little bit ago, roughly umm.... 20 minutes ago? her cloak and pjs expired, while the mix mode gem still had 60-70 minutes. That means this is still an issue and should be looked into.
