Problem with Free cash...

Can the free cash only be obtained once a day? i keep doing quizes and only ever got one payment.

I think alot of people are having this trouble, it might be a little glitch in the system or something people are doing isnt correct.
I have about 10 that say "contact support" beside them that I did, and redid cause it wouldnt work. Only about 4/15 of mine have gone through.
This is a new feature so it probably has a few glitches. Hopefully outspark can get this taken care of and fix/make it easier for their players to do this and we'll get our SC. ^^ Patience~

i did 16 of the 500 sc ones.. and guess how much i got? NOTHING! i did it for 1 hour of my time before i had school D: just says "contact support" >.> There the survey ones at the bottem of the page

xD Just gotta be patient, dont do anymore until they get this straightened out. Hopefully a OS staff member will reply/make a thread and tell us if they're planning on fixing this, if it is something that can be fixed, if they're working on it or something least let us know what might be going on ^^ New things always tend to have glitches

I can say happily the system does work and yes it dosen't sometimes but thats how computers are - full of errors.Also if you contact support and provide proof that you've completed then in about 10mins or so (normally) you'll be credited your earned sparkcash.

Problem is you don't usually reseive e-mails saying you've completed it so its near impossible to prove that you've completed it or I woudl ahve done it with the ones that I've done. And this shoudlnt be happening honestly imo. Because it should be pretty simple to get it and do as it says it will not. "Contact us after you completed it. Give us proof. Then you get sc" . It's complete the survey and you get it in a few min.

ya ive compleated a few. and i will get charged on my cell phone for them for nothing too. should i send the bill as proof. like what els can we do

For the cellphone ones,just enter the message they sent you stating that you have successfully register or w/e

Its Gotta be a scam. ive done a bunch and one out of all of em worked! plus they do charge your call up to 5$ per week so be sure to TEXT "stop" emediatly after or the will keep charging you. i especialy recomend this after a faw days if it still hasnt gone through.
