Okay im kinda fed up with everything thats going on. I understand you are a business and you need to make money but can u please open you eyes to somethings that are more important like i dont know maybe you are customers, and since the customer knows best i do wanna say this maybe instead of advertising sc all the time and add-on to fiesta all the time u could fix the problems we have now.
Its not only me thats fed up with bugs, d/c, lag, etc... Most of us want that fixed more than we want the new stuff. Why us ask well plain and simple we cant enjoy the new stuff if we are having all these problems. I mean where is the money we spend on this game going?
What do the rest of you think?

I think I'm really over the negativity people are displaying in these forums.
Silky has said a few times now that there is going to be ALOT of new content coming up very soon. If it is a cap raise, such content cannot be pushed out sooner than it is ready.
Also, you don't seem to realise that the Cash shop is one of the only things OS has alot of control over. So of course they are going to dedicate time to it. You wouldn't even HAVE a game without it. Those people who buy SC are keeping this game going. It's when people don't buy it that the game starts to suffer.
If you are having serious game-disrupting issues then submit a ticket about it. OS already know about the d/c and .bin errors, lag has very little to do with OS, and bugs can always be reported via the feedback section of the forum and/or a ticket.

Yah ik i have tolerated it for the time i've played fiesta but u can only tolerate so much their are still bugs from when fiesta first started

Indeed, some of us are fed with all these issues. But no game is perfect, and I believe OS is trying hard to make this game better. (Make me proud, OS. Don't let me regret what I just said).
As for SC--yes, I am tired of all the promotions, but if it is helping this game run, then I am happy to donate.
I just hope OS is using the money they are recieving to improve the game.

This is sort of a repeat of something I said in another thread but what gets me and I'm sure many others is the complete lack of quality control. When it comes to writing a program(and if you're wondering I'm a programmer) for every obvious bug there's 10 more that are difficult to find and track down. The archer cool down bugs, and animation bugs should have been a HUGE massive blinking red flag that the patch should not be released because it has obvious flaws.
Now we have .bin errors, the freeze glitch, animation bugs and cooldown bugs, set items not working and more. Players are losing money(scrolls cost money) and hundreds of thousands of exp from deaths to bugs OS introduced while they spend days or god forbid weeks, trying to fix it. It would have taken a couple hours at most to roll the patch back, and if they don't want that one GM command and they can turn off exp loss. At least turning exp loss off would help mitigate the damage their patch is doing, but instead it's "we screwed up our patch, but our paying customers are going to have to suffer a lot while our GMs play games like find the GM, and maybe sometime days or weeks down the line we'll get things fixed."

I feel the same way in sorts yes i do believe they are putting some effort into fixing it but not enough.
I dont mind they are expanding new things for the cash shop i to am customer but they could tone it down a tad bit.
