When I right click the scroll to learn the recipe for HP Potion it says "Selected Production Skill Cannot Be Learned."

Why won't it work?

have you checked the level because you may be too low of a lvl to use it.

where does it say the required lvl because i didnt see any required lvl when buying it?

That mean you didn't register your 2 production skills yet.
To do so, hit "K", click on the alchemy icon and click on the Production Skills button to pop up the production skills list window.
In that window, click on one skill icon, and drop it in one of the top empty slot. Rince repeat for your 2nd production skill.
After doing all that, you'll be able to learn your recipe scrolls.
NOTE: You must match the skill lvl requirment to learn recipes.

You gotta buy the skill from Ruby after you register it ... the u gotta get materials.. and then .. u can figure things out from here..
