I'm a lvl 13 fighter I bought the copper ore skill but it won't let me learn it, any1 know why?

you can only learn two production skills. so if you already have two, you wasted your money.

well what kind of copper are u trying to make the normal one or the HQ one?? if its the HQ one i think u need more exp points to learn the skill. check if u got the right scroll. and also did the learn the material compo skill in your alch??
