Mouse look. bug or tech problem?

When using right click to move the camera, it shuts off randomly while I am holding down the right mouse button. This just started after the patch.

Right click/drag seem to work in other games, and on windows desktop (for dragging things around).

I see no other posts about this though.

figured it out, partially:

graphics issue: when in town if I turn people off it goes away, or if I turn graphics down in town it also goes away

turning down background seems to make the biggest single difference in graphics options, however turning off characters clears it up completely
