The Black Screen After Character Selection

I have my character made... I have the lastest drivers... I have the openGL... Are there certain settings that I need to set my open GL to to play this game? I'm also using Vista but that doesn't seem to be a problem for some people. What do I do?

Actuallly i think vista is the problem. I have seen other threads of people using vista and my laptop that has vista has the black screen even though i have upgraded and downloaded everything. Other people have the problem and i don't think there is a way to fix it yet. I used my computer that was Windows XP and it worked fine. I played the game a little but I would still like to get it working on my laptop.

I have never had so much hatred towards an OS in all my life. But then along came vista and ruined everything for me. I hate you vista... I hope you crash.
