Hungry wolves are in Sand Beach in the top left corner. Ratmen are all over the middle of the Forest of Mists. Angry wolves are intermixed with Hungry wolves. Lizardmen are at the very top of Forest of Mists and right around the gate into Elderine. There's no Wolfmen to my knowladge. Did I mention the creature your looking for?
