Crashes When Creating

Well I just downloaded SOS and after I login I select the Closed Beta server then I'm at the character select/creation and so I press create new character and then I get an error message and then it crashes... any ideas why this happens?

I also might not be allowed in since I havent gotten n email(i got one mentioning it but im not really sure)

Me Same problem after i start playing for like 5 mins then the screen blanks out and then crashes

I tried on another computer but it has error message when i click the closed beta!!!
i just wanna play without crashing!! :(:(:(:(
