View Full Version : Just Wondering.....

So, as stated, just wondering.....been a minute since this game was released to open beta. How long until it's official release as a finished game? I see Outspark(or whoever) making a ton of money from the players. I really hope that the game evolves into something more than it is. Lol, and I hope it doesn't take 3-5 more years. I see a lot of potential for the game as it stands now, and the fact that they keep slowly adding things into it makes me hopeful for the future of the game. I really hope that there is eventually a good solid story to the game...it's kinda important to RPG's in particular, and the lack of a good one makes for a bad gaming experience. I know there's already a lot of little story-type relations throughout the game, but they are kinda few-and-far-between. And really, the whole "no quests for high-level characters" thing is a bit disappointing, especially since those are the players that have put a lot of time and effort into this game and it's overall community. I mean, throw us a bone here, guys!^^Are the developers really expecting high-level characters to keep playing with no incentive other than level? I hate the fact that the higher level you get, the crappier the armor increase gets. I mean, seriously, my past 3 sets of armor have only been 2 points higher defense per armor piece than the last set. I CANNOT AOE without SC, and that is really sad. Even if I had all +6/ap6 gear and 3 incubators, I could only do maps where there is only one AOE-able enemy(and that blows). The new maps were a good addition, but there was really no choice to the matter because of 4th class being released at the same time. Also, level 180 is the cap? That's a bummer, too, and especially seeing that there isn't a 5th class(which there absolutely should be). I'm not ranting too much, am I? Because it's really just an expression of my hopes for things the game really needs. And especially with as many players as there are now. And yes, I know it takes time, and I'm sure people will take something I said here out of context.....but I am not complaining or upset^^. I guess I just basically want some reassurance from the GM's or Administrators that the game isn't just going to remain evolving as a "we release new items and you spend money and we release new content and you're happy for a bit" kinda experience. I NEED depth for the game to remain something that I look forward to spending time doing. I've been playing for a year, and have seen quite a bit happen, and am very hopeful as to the future for the community of a great game. Bring it on, OutSpark, or DNC, or whoever.......we want it, we deserve it, and WE LOVE IT.

Well, still here...and kinda playing.....

My job is now an hour drive away, so it cuts down on the time I spend in game(and at home, lol). Can't believe this post has been up that long without anyone commenting on it......maybe I should take the hint and stop posting, eh?

NAH!!

Lol....still hoping to see much more content in this ever-evolving world we play in. I really am looking forward to having a completed storyline, pets that actually have a function without slime-beans, NPCs that interact with the community instead of just standing there, tons of quests for higher level characters, new towns, new maps, new classes(o.O), changeable colour schemes for character outfits, new hair-dos, different pets, maybe another continent or something to that effect, and a whole lot more^^.

I'm sorry no one's commented on this yet. If it's any consolation, I agree with you.

Usually, proper flow of thought and using... I dunno... paragraphs helps people want to actually read through the post. Then comment after they know what the hell it's about. Just a thought. Mm, made the effort. Only comment, I guess, is... just because you say you're not complaining doesn't mean it doesn't absolutely sound like it. And fifth class would be interesting, though pretty infeasible.
