KQ problem

hi today, actually just now, i was trying to join a KQ but for some reason when i made it it said i couldnt join because of problems or something like that, i have never had this problem before can anyone tell me what it is?
oh by the way, my character is Lord_Sanjiro lvl 7 fighter

does anyone have any ideas that might have caused this? i can't figure it out

hey i have the same prblem i'm brand new though but i'm level 11 but like i said only have been playing for 2 days and still confused by this and wondering how i could fix this if i can and its not because of shroom mode i'v tride many different things so if you guys figure somthing out plz lemme know
